Amrit Udyan earlier known as Mughal Garden is in the heart of Delhi, at the official residence of President of India. The garden was developed in the colonial era by the British architect, Sir Edwin Lutyens. The garden was developed during the presidential tenure of Shri. A.P.J Abdul Kalam and Shri. Ram Nath Kovind, which consists various sections and featured variety of Gardens.

The 225-year-old Sheesham Tree attracts tourists and has a treehouse too. The picturesque lotus pond adorned with the lotus, and the lush greenery enrich the beauty of Amrit Udyan. For meditation and yoga, a place is designated in the Amrit Udyan where you can sit in peace and perform yoga to rejuvenate the soul. Amrit Udyan Opening & Closing Date

  • Amrit Udyan Opening Date: In the year 2024, the Amrit Udyan opens for General Public from February 2nd, 2024.
  • Amrit Udyan Closing Date: The Amrit Udyan remains open for one month for the public and will be closed on March 31st, 2024. Apart from this, the Amrit Udyan remains closed on Monday and Gazette Holiday i.e; Holi which is on March 25th, 2024.

  • Opening Time of Amrit Udyan: Amrit Udyan opens at 10:00 am.
  • Closing Time of Amrit Udyan: Amrit Udyan closed at 5:00 pm and the last entry is permitted till 4:00 pm.

  • Select the visit date and time of the visit as per your preference.
  • The time slot is from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. (Intervals of 1 hr.)
  • Click on the visitors which has three option, Indian (Below 8 years), Indian (8 years and above) and Foreigner.
  • Enter your Mobile Number for OTP.
  • Enter the OTP and click for verification.
